CRISIS INTERVENTION
Journey's believes the community, school environment, teachers, partners, and faculty are an extension of the individual's inter-psychological and intra-psychological relationship (Vygotsky, 1978). The relationship between the community, school staff, and individuals either supports or challenges the child's perception of self-authorship. Therefore, it is essential for individuals' social and emotional development that community members, school staff, teachers, and anyone involved in the care of a community and the development of adolescents understand the impact of their influence and role of responsibility.
